Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-16 · Working draft — plain-English summary, not legal advice; professional review planned.
These terms cover your use of SeeMyBooth. By creating a booth or an account, you agree to them. We have kept them plain. If anything is unclear, email hello@seemybooth.com before you rely on it.
Please read this first: dimensions are indicative
Everything SeeMyBooth shows you is a planning aid. The 3D view, the measurements, the print sizes and the hire list are indicative only. They are there to help you picture your booth and get close, not to serve as a build spec.
Shell-scheme systems vary between venues and suppliers. Panels are thick, and the real internal size of a stand can differ from your contract dimensions by roughly 50 mm per wall, sometimes more. Your true wall may be a little smaller than the plan.
So, before you order furniture or send artwork to print, check every measurement against the show's exhibitor manual, and confirm it with the organiser or your supplier. If in doubt, ask them for the exact internal dimensions of your stand.
We are not liable for over-ordering, under-ordering, or artwork printed to the wrong size. Use SeeMyBooth to plan with confidence, then verify before you commit.
Who we are
SeeMyBooth is operated by Device Solutions Ltd, based in New Zealand ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@seemybooth.com. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You can start planning a booth without signing in. To save your work across devices, and to use paid features, you create an account by signing in with Google, Microsoft or an email link. You are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in secure, and for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@seemybooth.com if you think someone else has gained access.
Acceptable use
Use SeeMyBooth for planning trade-show booths, and use it fairly. Please do not:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, with the content you upload;
- upload artwork you do not have the right to use;
- upload anything harmful, such as malware;
- try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service;
- use it to build a competing product from our content or code; or
- resell or share your account access without our agreement.
If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.
Your content stays yours
The booths you build and the artwork you upload are yours. We do not claim ownership of them. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only so we can run the service for you, such as saving your booth, rendering it in 3D, and generating a share link or a Booth Pack when you ask for one. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies we may keep briefly in routine backups.
You confirm you have the right to use any artwork you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Our content
SeeMyBooth itself, including the software, the 3D scene, the furniture library, the designs and the SeeMyBooth name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. Some 3D assets are provided under their own open-source licences. You may use the product as intended, but you may not copy or reuse our software or content beyond that without our permission.
Plans and billing
Free forever
The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. It lets you plan a booth and right-size your order. Free is the way to try the product; there is no time-boxed trial and no day-15 cliff.
Pro subscription
Pro is a subscription. You can pay monthly or annually, and the current prices are shown on our pricing page. You are charged in your local currency at checkout through Stripe, which handles the payment and any currency conversion.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your Pro plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.
Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. There are no pro-rata refunds for a partial month or year. The free tier exists so you can try everything that matters before you pay. If you believe we have charged you in error, email hello@seemybooth.com and we will look at it.
If your Pro plan lapses
We never delete your booths. If your Pro plan ends, whether you cancel or a payment fails, your work stays safe. Here is what changes, and what does not:
- All of your booths remain visible. Any beyond the Free limit become view-only rather than editable.
- Your uploaded artwork is kept. In renders, custom wall branding reverts to the SeeMyBooth placeholder.
- The clean Booth Pack becomes a watermarked one.
Re-subscribe and everything comes back exactly as it was. Graceful degrade is how we treat your work with respect, and it is our honest offer to win you back.
Beta service
SeeMyBooth is in beta. It is provided as is and as available. Features may change, appear or disappear as we improve the product. We work hard to keep it up and running and use reasonable endeavours to do so, but we do not promise a particular uptime, and there is no service-level agreement.
Liability
Verifying before you commit is your responsibility, and a condition of using SeeMyBooth. The service is a planning aid, provided as is. Every measurement, print size, render and hire list it produces is indicative (see the note at the top of this page), and you agree that any decision you make from them — what to hire, what to print, at what size — is yours alone, made after checking with the show organiser and your suppliers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of SeeMyBooth, including over-ordering or under-ordering hire, artwork or banners printed at the wrong size, costs of reprints or returns, and any indirect or consequential loss or lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Australian Consumer Law, where those apply to you and cannot be excluded. Where a guarantee cannot be excluded but our liability can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of doing so.
Ending your use
You can stop using SeeMyBooth at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms, or where we must to protect the service or other users. If we close an account without cause, we will refund any unused, pre-paid Pro time.
Changes to these terms
As the product grows, we may update these terms. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continuing to use SeeMyBooth after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
